Each of the houses offers homelike dining rooms with made to order breakfast. Lunch and dinner feature homestyle meals with added selections available daily.
For the adventuresome, the town Bistro located in the building’s town square, offers wraps, homemade soups, and special features each day. The Bistro is perfect for a meal with kids or grandkids as outside guests are welcome to take advantage of the Bistro’s delicious menu as well.
Our staff is dedicated to providing optimum nutritional care to our customers. Foodservice dedicated teams offer a variety of food choices and enhanced nutritional care. We provide healthy eating choices for customers with weight loss, diabetes, dysphagia, food allergies, tube feeding, etc.
Our care plan team reviews nutritional interventions and discusses disease states and nutritional modifications. The dietary staff then follow standardized recipes and menus created and approved by the Dietitian.
Recently we began hiring sous chefs in our houses. They are working with the preparation of whole natural foods like fresh spinach and fresh fruit doing to add a higher taste level and higher quality to the food. The finished product are meals with more flavor, color, and pizzaz!
In addition, the foodservice staff is trained in food safety, sanitation procedures, and quality standards in food production to ensure all food is prepared properly.
